The white button is designed for a wide range of establishments and includes three functions: call, request bill, and cancel. It can be easily used in restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, and fast food venues.

The black button is specifically made for hookah cafés and features three functions: call, coal, and cancel. It is ideal for use in hookah lounges.

When a customer presses the button at the table, your staff receives an instant notification. Calls are managed via tablet, mobile, or smartwatch, tables are paired, and the service process is faster. This reduces wait times, improves efficiency, and increases customer satisfaction.

We offer flexible packages to suit every business need. Depending on the number of buttons you require, you can choose from Small, Medium, or Premium packages:

Small Package: 1–10 buttons Medium Package: 10–50 buttons Premium Package: 50+ buttons

Buttons require a one-time payment, while app usage is billed as a monthly subscription. Currently, app usage is free during the beta phase, so you can start using our apps immediately after receiving your devices.

Once your buttons arrive, download the Service Ding Tablet App.

Sign in on Tablet: Log in with your existing account or the credentials provided to you.

Simulate Your Venue: Add, remove, and move tables in the tablet app to set up your restaurant layout.

Pair Buttons with Tables: After simulation, pair your buttons with the tables. If you encounter any issues, contact support@service.ding.de for assistance.

Access Your Call Panel: After successful pairing, press "Start" to open your call panel and receive instant notifications.

Manage Settings via the App: Edit tables or remove button pairings anytime. Each button can be paired with only one table. To pair it with another table, first remove the previous pairing.

Track Data and Performance: View daily call counts and compare them with the previous day. Update your profile and generate codes to log in on other devices.

Using Other Devices: Tablet: Generate login codes for other devices. Smartwatch: Use the login code to receive calls, filter them, and view daily data. Mobile Phone: Receive and filter calls, and view daily performance.

After submitting the quote form, our team will contact you within 1–5 business days. Your order will be delivered after shipping and handling. Once the devices arrive, you can set them up in minutes and start adding tables via the tablet. Table creation and button pairing usually take only 5–10 minutes.

All buttons communicate with the tablet or screen via radio signals, allowing for long-range coverage. In open spaces, they typically work up to 80 meters without issues. Walls and obstacles may reduce the range. To be sure, you can order a sample set with a refundable deposit. Fill out the quote form to place your order.

Yes, Wi-Fi is required. You need to connect the system device to your Wi-Fi router during setup. In addition, your tablet, mobile device, or smartwatch must be connected to the internet to receive and view calls.

Yes, you can manage all your branches from a single account. Easily switch between locations, track real-time calls, and view performance analytics.

Buttons may not respond upon arrival or after some time. In this case, try the following steps:

Check for signal interference: If only one button is not working, make sure there is no interference at that table. Move the button closer to the screen to test it. If it works nearby, something at the table may be blocking the signal.

Replace the battery: The buttons use 2 x CR2032 batteries, which typically need replacement after 1–2 years.

Request a replacement: If the issue persists after checking the signal and replacing the battery, contact us at support@service-ding.de to request a replacement.
