Delete your account – Service-Ding

You can delete your Service-Ding account yourself in the app at any time:

1. Open Settings (profile picture, top) → Our settings → Delete account.
2. Type the confirmation text shown and confirm.
3. You are signed out immediately; all signed-in devices are disconnected.

What is deleted: your user account (name, e-mail, phone number, password, profile photo), your device and push registrations and your branch assignments. Operational events (e.g. "request accepted") are kept without personal reference. Residual data in backups is overwritten within 30 days.

Note for administrators: the last administrator of a company must appoint another administrator before deleting their account.

Without app access: e-mail privacy@service-ding.de from the address on your account with the subject "Delete account" and your username. We confirm deletion within 14 days.
